DABA Energies sources and supplies downstream petroleum products, connecting verified suppliers with qualified buyers. Current commercial focus is AGO and EN590, extending to other refined products where a credible supply channel exists rather than wherever a buyer asks.
Crude oil trading and intermediation is undertaken where DABA holds an authorised seller mandate and verified supply behind it. Both halves of that sentence matter. A mandate without verified product is how most of this market wastes everybody's time.
The discipline is in the verification rather than the volume. A requirement we cannot actually source gets declined at the first conversation, which is less satisfying than an indication and considerably more useful.

How we work
Five steps, run in this order on every engagement. Skipping the first is how the last one goes wrong.
Identify supply against the actual requirement rather than pushing whatever is currently being offered around the market.
Confirm the supplier, the allocation and the specification before anything is represented to a buyer. Most of what circulates in this trade does not survive this step, which is the point of having it.
Agree the payment mechanism, inspection regime and delivery terms up front, settled before the transaction is fixed rather than negotiated once it is already moving.
Storage, marine and road movement arranged through qualified third parties, each contracted and named rather than assumed.
Independent inspection, documented custody transfer, and a reconciliation you can put in front of an auditor.
