This is where DABA's commercial attention currently sits, and it is the requirement we are quickest to give a straight answer on. Work starts with the specification the buyer needs to see on arrival: EN590 grade, sulphur content, density, flash point. That determines which suppliers are worth approaching at all.
Allocation is confirmed with the supplier before anything is represented to the buyer. That order matters: most of what circulates in this market is an offer nobody has stood behind, and matching two unverified parties is how a requirement turns into three weeks of wasted time.
Where the transaction requires it, quantity and quality are established by an independent inspection company agreed between the parties, and the result governs. A buyer should not have to take a seller's word for what arrived.
