Engineering & EPC
DABA takes engineering, procurement and construction scope on energy assets: tank farms, depots, gas facilities, generation plant, distribution networks and charging infrastructure. All of it is delivered through qualified technical and implementation partners, with a single point of responsibility, a fixed scope and a programme we are prepared to be held to.
Where a viable project is stuck because of funding rather than engineering, we will look at how the capital is structured alongside the build. That is scoped case by case rather than promised in advance.

Concept through detailed design for storage, process, generation and distribution assets, with HAZOP and constructability built into the review.
Equipment sourced against specification rather than lowest quoted price, and construction managed to a programme with named accountability.

How we work
Four steps, run in this order on every engagement. Skipping the first is how the last one goes wrong.
Ambiguity at scope definition becomes a variation order later. We spend the time up front where it is cheap to spend.
Design far enough to price honestly. A number produced before the engineering is a number that will move.
Weekly progress against a baseline, with slippage reported when it appears rather than when it becomes unrecoverable.
Performance testing against the contract, trained operators, and documentation complete before the final certificate.
