Infrastructure & Logistics
Most supply failures are logistics failures. A cargo arrives with nowhere to discharge, a depot runs dry because trucks were not scheduled, or product is lost between custody points and nobody can say where.
DABA does not own terminals, vessels or trucks. Storage capacity is arranged through qualified third-party terminals where the transaction requires it, marine movement through vessel owners and charterers, and road movement through vetted haulage providers.
What DABA does own is the coordination, and the answer to who holds each link. A seller who will not name the terminal your product is sitting in is asking you to take a risk they have not described.

How we work

We map where product actually moves, where it waits and where it disappears, before proposing capacity or a route.
Storage, berth slots and trucks are committed against a forecast, not against a hope that the last quarter repeats.
Custody transfer is metered and witnessed at each hand-off, so losses have an owner and a number attached to them.
Throughput, losses, turnaround and demurrage reported monthly, including the months where the numbers are not flattering.
