Crude intermediation in this region has a reputation problem, and it is deserved. The market is full of mandates without product and product without mandates, circulated until somebody pays for a document set that leads nowhere.
DABA engages on crude only where there is an authorised seller mandate and where the supply behind it has been verified. Either one alone is not a transaction, it is an introduction with a story attached.
Where both conditions hold, the work is the same discipline as any other cargo: specification, inspection, documentation and a payment structure agreed before anybody is asked to move.
