Common questions
Answered plainly
We source against the requirement. DABA works with verified suppliers and qualified buyers, structuring each transaction around confirmed availability rather than holding a position and looking for a home for it. That is a deliberate choice, and it is why we will decline a requirement we cannot actually source rather than accept it and hope.
No, and we would rather say so. Storage capacity is arranged through qualified third-party terminals where the transaction requires it, marine transport through vessel owners and charterers, and road movement through vetted haulage providers. That is entirely normal for a trading business. What matters is that each link is contracted and named rather than assumed.
Parcel sizes are subject to verified supplier allocation, buyer requirements and transaction structure. Once a specific supply channel is confirmed, we quote the quantity actually available against it. That is a more useful answer than a headline capacity nobody has tested.
Agreed transaction by transaction. Structures may include documentary letters of credit, bank-supported payment mechanisms, escrow or other mutually agreed arrangements, subject to banking, contractual and compliance requirements. The mechanism is settled before anything is fixed rather than negotiated afterwards.
Independent inspection is carried out by internationally recognised inspection companies agreed between the parties, where the transaction requires it. Quantity and quality established by an independent surveyor govern. A buyer should never have to take a seller's word for what arrived.
By metering the actual load first. We install logging for several weeks before designing anything, because sizing from a nameplate rating rather than a measured profile is the most common way these projects fail.
Systems we install can be remotely monitored and reported monthly against the model that won the work, including the months where performance falls short of it.
