Most supply failures are logistics failures wearing a trading costume. A cargo that arrives correct and late has still failed, and the cost of that lands on the buyer's operation rather than the seller's balance sheet.
DABA charters marine tonnage through qualified vessel owners and charterers, and moves product inland through vetted haulage providers. None of it is owned; all of it is contracted and coordinated by us rather than left to the buyer to assemble.
The coordination is the point. One party planning the discharge window, the bridging and the last mile against each other catches the conflicts that three separate parties each report as somebody else's problem.
