Quantity and quality disputes are the most expensive part of a transaction that has otherwise gone well, and almost all of them come from a hand-off nobody witnessed.
Where the transaction requires it, inspection is carried out by an internationally recognised inspection company agreed between the parties rather than appointed unilaterally by the seller. The result governs, which is the only arrangement a buyer should accept.
